I combined two challenges with this card. The first is the sketch challenge from Annabelle Stamps Blog andthe second is the tags challenge from Allsorts Challenge.
I used paper from Colorbok Mixed Media Pack, CTMH stamps for the tag, rose and dragonfly, the ribbon was another target 6-pack ribbon and misc. bling I already had.
