PDCC #34 and Everything but the Kitchen Sink #17

I  did my 2nd digi stamp with this card.  I again found this card through Crafters Digital Art Center from the artist Ethereal Forest Designs.  The card starts with a white base, a black
piece with a circle cut into it is next.  I used a blue watercolor pencil to color in the flowers and then used water to soften and color the flowers.  Cut the flowers out and inserted into the circle
on the card.  The sentiment is from CTMH stamped in Star-Spangled Blue.  This card is for the
challenges:

Everything but the Kitchen Sink:  Sketch
Play Date Cafe:             Colors: Black, White, and Blue
